Congratulations to all the participants in today's Veterans Day Parade! A special shoutout goes to Sgt. Harvey, our JrROTC Instructor, who was the event's Grand Marshal. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our veterans, both past and present. We are the land of the free because of the brave.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our veterans, particularly those within our Apache family. While we may not know each of them personally, we are deeply indebted to them all. Their unwavering dedication and sacrifices have paved the way for the freedoms we cherish today.

**TRAFFIC CHANGE** In an effort to help traffic flow better in the morning, please note the following changes: The turn from Mariposa Ranch Rd is coned off, thus no traffic will be allowed from 6:30-7:30am. As traffic exits NHS drop-off area, ONLY right turns back to Frank Reed will be allowed. No left turns from 6:30-7:30am. We appreciate you patience and understanding with this. This will help with the flow of traffic at the drop off area.

May the memories of our loved ones remain in our hearts forever. With Dia de Los Muertos approaching, our office staff and aides have crafted a stunning altar to honor those we’ve lost, who will always live on in our hearts. Special thanks to Ms. Pena-Arce and her Spanish classes for the lovely Catrina guarding our altar; to Ms. Dabdoub and Ms. Lopez from their art and ceramics classes for the beautiful "sugar skulls" and small Catrinas; to Ms. Patron and her Spanish classes for creating the smaller altars that enhance our larger display; and to Leslie Montez, our receptionist, for her guidance and dedication in bringing it all together. We also appreciate our Apache Family members for sharing photos of their loved ones to help us uphold this cherished tradition. Remember, as long as we keep their memories alive, they will always be with us!

We are thrilled to unveil our newly painted home side restrooms at the stadium. A heartfelt round of applause goes to the Community Club, led by Ms. Sonia Sanchez, for spearheading these projects this year. This is just the beginning! The club aims to revamp all the bathrooms, infusing them with vibrant colors, health information, uplifting affirmations, and a sense of school spirit.
We extend our gratitude to Bazua Builders for their generous support with paint and equipment, helping us bring these projects to fruition. Additionally, we appreciate our partnership with Mariposa Community Health Center, which is providing message boards for each restroom to share important health and safety information with students.
The students have done an outstanding job on this first project, and we eagerly anticipate the completion of many more throughout the year, enhancing pride in our campus. The Community Club is dedicated to revitalizing and personalizing various areas around campus, with the hope of fostering a culture of self-awareness and student responsibility. Our goal is to create a positive impact as a COMMUNITY, engaging teachers, students, and administration in making a difference TOGETHER.
