We extend our heartfelt gratitude to parents and the community for your unwavering support of Nogales High School. We want to remind everyone that we are here to assist both students and parents. Life can sometimes present challenges that are tough to navigate. We encourage students to always have a trusted adult to confide in. This trusted adult could be a parent, relative, teacher, counselor, or spiritual leader, for instance. It's essential for all of us to prioritize self-care and focus on our physical and emotional well-being. While academics and life goals are important, establishing a strong foundation will help us achieve those aspirations. September is recognized as Mental Health and Suicide Awareness Month. During our parent-teacher conferences on Thursday, September 19th, community organizations will be present to provide valuable information in support of this important month.
