This week, our focus for Juniors and Freshmen is on the ACT Test and ACT Aspire, scheduled for Thursday, April 10th. Buses will operate as usual, but only Juniors and Freshmen should report to school; Sophomores and Seniors are excused. We have shared some test preparation strategies to assist students in their preparation on our webpage and social media. We kindly ask parents to foster a positive morning routine. Ensure they have a restful night's sleep and a nutritious breakfast to set them up for success. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided at school. We believe our students are exceptional, and we want their talents to shine during these tests. Strong scores on the ACT can lead to numerous opportunities, including potential scholarships. Together, we can achieve great things because we are APACHE STRONG!

Our NHS Robotics Team excelled at the recent FIRST Robotics Competition, held from March 12-15, 2025, in Flagstaff, AZ. Their representation of our school was outstanding! The event featured 40 teams from various regions, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Chinese Taipei, Mexico, and the Netherlands. This diverse participation provided our students with a unique opportunity to connect with peers from different backgrounds and showcase their skills on an international stage. In the 2025 Season Rankings, the team achieved a commendable standing. A memorable highlight was when Sofia Milner, one of the team members, was selected to sing the national anthem during both the opening and closing ceremonies. This honor not only highlighted our student's talent but also brought significant recognition to our school.

Congratulations to our Pride of Nogales band and auxiliary for their impressive performance as they marched down Main Street at Disneyland during spring break! It was a remarkable sight, with our band capturing attention and earning Mickey's seal of approval!
